[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I schlep my 32 pound toddler around like he weighs nothing so I don't think I was quite prepared for how heavy 50 pounds of sand is.  The sand is fine, literally fine which I think is good for sand.  I wish the bag had a pouring spout because it's not easy to use if you're trying to do a smaller job. If you're going  to dump in a sandbox and you're going to use the whole bag in one shot you're good to go.  I want to use it for a few smaller things. The first thing I am doing is weighing down the base of my little ones basketball hoop. I am scooping the sand out with a baby formula scoop and it's taking forever. I wish there was an easier faster way to get the sand from the bag to the base.

I still am not sure what all I am going to do with it all, but I do have a lot of fun ideas about maybe making myself a little meditation thing with all of this and also some arts and crafts that I am thinking of incorporating the sand into as well! Now I am getting more excited! Highly recommend getting this stuff, it is really awesome!

amazing sand for sandboxes awesome for years to come

Received it with sand spilling, even was spilling with the delivery driver so I feel bad for the mess they probably have to clean up in their cars. This sand is not like beach sand, its small grains that look like sand. I tried using it for my sons sandbox along with his sand toys, it wont even hold the shape of those shaper sand toys. It's not terrible and we will continue to use this sand but next time I'd but something closer to real beach sand. This is prob more for land scaping imo
