it was a completely different horse didn't look like the same horse. this horse was like a foot tall what is a 4yr old going to do with this little horse

It came damaged when I opened up the box and took it out stuffing was sticking out in the back by the tail there is a rip and the saddle is unraveling where the rip is and I'm pretty sure there is a piece of the saddle missing cause the two sides don't match
