I'm giving this four stars. The product came nicely packaged, was pretty easy to put together and has nice loud sound. The reason I gave four stars was because the tail seems to be broken. When you press the buttons on the ears, it's apparent that the tail is supposed to wag because it does move, but when it does it is not moving very much at all. Overall, not a very big deal, but i notice it so theres that
