Baggage

This case lost a wheel on it's second trip (in cabin only, not checked baggage).  Contacted the maker and they  will not cover.  Offered to pay for a new wheel and they say they do not have stock.   The lining is fully sewn in, with no access to the interior to work on the wheel component without cutting (then having to repair) the lining.  Verry disappointed.
