Finding a healthy, yet quick breakfast meal for kids in the morning is always a challenge with changing tastes, but this brand always delivers.  Kids like it, it's easy, (they can do it themselves) and I feel good about what they are eating.  Excellent breakfast option.

Even though it is better when you have it with peanut butter and jelly and you don't have it too runny. But really good with nothing in it and really nice that way too

Love the lightly sweetened maple oatmeal with fresh fruit and almond milk for breakfast. No need to add sugar and the maple flavor a nice change from plain rolled oats.

Maple Flavour Is Great

Myself and my daughter enjoyed the regular maple and brown sugar flavoured oatmeal but having a version with less sugar is very much welcomed. I try to limit sugar intake and this is a perfect way to achieve that.

I travel a lot for work and these are perfect to pack along with some almond milk, fruit, and nut butter to help start the day off right! One packet is way too small for a good breakfast so I usually mix and match flavours with another flavour packet. This flavour is pretty good, just a hint of maple and I wish the flavour was stronger. Texture is great when I make it my way - I like that you can add as much milk/liquid as you want to get it to a consistency you like!

Regularly buy Quaker instant oats. Great to have on hand for quick breakfasts and camping trips. Maple is the best flavour but it has a distinct taste and smell

I liked the sweet taste, we often eat it for lunch. The whole family eats it and we’ve loved it for a long time. I highly recommend.

Quaker Gruau Maple

So our family usual buys the regular or high protein
 Both taste the same. This one however is less sweet on the maple taste.  If you prefer a less maple flavour then I recommend this one over the other Maple flavors.
