My first board was lost in the mail. It took one phone call and they immediately sent me another board. It did take a while to receive, but the product works excellent. Even more important, customer service was spot on. Top notch. Highly recommend this company and their products.

Awesome black board

Quartet

This review is for the 3` by 2` glass whiteboard. I normally wouldn`t get too excited about a whiteboard, but this one really stands out from others that I have used in the past in terms of appearance. It has a sleek look and is easier to keep clean than other whiteboards. I haven`t taken advantage of the magnetic aspect of the board yet, but maybe that`s just because this is my first magnetic board so I`m not in the habit of thinking about hanging papers. The only negatives are that the installation was a little more tedious than I had expected, the board can only be used with heavy-duty magnets (like the two provided), and the marker that came with the board was not great. (In fact, I originally thought that the board was the problem, but it looks great when used with markers of another type.)

Sleek board that stands up to frequent use

I love my new board. We purchased the board to use as a menu board in our bakery. My original plan was to use magnetic headings and images but the glass was too thick to use sheet magnets. We switched to repositionable vinyl and it turned out fantastic! Love it!

Fantastic menu board

Generally very satisfied with this product. The only issue is that I mounted it vertically, and the finish on what would have been the bottom if it had been mounted horizontally is somewhat rough. It's not a big issue for us because I could mount it in a spot that the edge is not obvious.

Works well in our kitchen.

Really loving the board, being using it every day, however it has a few chips in it and does put some major holes in your wall for not having much weight to it. Also the marker that came with it was dried out and the ones i ordered didn't work on it(not counting that against it, however it would have been nice if it was more clear which markers worked on what.

Perfect size, loving it for developer work.

I love the modern sleek look of this board. It has a great design. Item arrived without damage. It was packaged very well. However, it's incredibly heavy. You will need 2 if not 3 people to hang it up. Once it's installed its great! Very smooth writing surface. Easy to clean. Doesn't leave shadows behind what you write. Another downside is magnets don't work on it unless they are really strong. I had a hard time finding some that would work. The tray it comes with looks cheap compared to the board itself so we didn't put it on. Overall I am happy with it.

Nice Marker Board but difficult to install

I purchased the 6x4 Black Surface Infinity Frameless Dry Erase Board. The board itself is very beautiful and timeless. 
CONS! 
1) This board is VERY heavy and requires at least 3 people to lift against the wall when making your marks for the mounting brackets. However due to the positioning of the holes it's extremely difficult to maintain it level and mark the holes because your helpers hands are in the way on the sides and in the middle. 
2) The included hardware comes with drywall anchors to mount the brackets. I DO NOT SUGGEST that you mount this board into the drywall. Unless you want this board to fall off (then you'll need a new board and a wall). The drywalll anchor went right through the wall and is forever lost. Additional pieces were not included with the package. For one, drywall isn't strong enough to support the weight of the bracket, and due to the distance of the holes it's extremely difficult to be able to mount them into the wall studs.
3) Solution, purchase 2 - 2x4 in boards cut to 72" each. This will allow you to be able to secure the board to a stronger surface to support the weight of this board. I used 5 standard 4" wood screws to attach the 2x4s to the wall studs this way the the 2x4 were securely attached to the wall studs). 

I would have given it 5 stars if there were extra hardware included and if the mounting holes were positioned in a way that the board could be secured directly to the wall studs vs. the position that they are currently in. This is my two cents, hopefully this information will help anyone looking to purchase this board.

Beautiful Board... BUT needs revised mounting options

The quality of the product is good. However, recommendation is to improve the installation instructions/guides.  The entire process would be simplified by merely adding the mounting holes location on the template.  Currently, the template does not have any mounting holes markings... if you are trying to accommodate multiple sized boards with one template, then merely add all the hole markings and label as such.

I would consider this product again. Would shop around.

The template they send with it is basically useless - just make it the size of the board with the holes in t right place AND so it can be hung vertically easily. I also wanted clear but got white because I wanted it
to be magnetic. The only magnets that will stick to it are they 2 that came with it.  It looks nice and is super heavy.

Template redo & not really magnetic

Horrible product. Barely magnetic, like a magnet alone barely stuck, let alone hold up a piece of paper. As a whiteboard, also bad. You can barely see colored markers on the board. Very poor visibility. Sent an email to the company asking how to return it but heard nothing.
