[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a product I have been using for at least 30 years. I am unable to find it locally anymore. When I saw it at Walmart.com it was a larger container,   equal to three of the smaller containers I usually buy. So, it was a savings for me. Great value. Thanks.

This has been a long time go to for my skin care. The lotion is wonderful too, but the cream is really where it's at for dry skin, winter weather, or fresh out of the shower when you're trying to trap that moisture in the most. Highly highly recommend

I have been using Queen Coco Butter Creme for over 10 years.  It is a very soothing creme for dry skin, especially for black or brown skin. It keeps your skin moisturized all day. Especially in the Winter when you are wearing panty hose or stockings. The smell is mild does not conflict with your cologne.

It is the best massage cream I have purchased, mixes well with other oils too, the smell is long lasting and it doesn't leave residue, melts like butter on the skin.

Silky moisturizer with a subtle %26 fresh coconut scent.  Great on hands, arms, legs, %26 feet.  I apply to my feet and immediatley put on a cotton sock for a spa therapy treatment.

Natural coco butter, smells so good so creamy and leaves my skin soooo soft and moisturized… I've been using this product for over 20 years and it's been the same great product ever since!!

Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Softens my skin and keeps it soft. It's super moisturizing, but sometimes a bit sticky on the skin which makes getting dressed right after using it a bit tricky. Otherwise, I love it.  --Side note on latest delivery: when I opened the jar there was a finger mark in the cocoa butter, as if someone had decided to try it before shipping it out. Yuck. Unprofessional, unethical, disappointing.

Super Moisturizing

It works. The scent is light and not overly done. It keeps your skin moisturized. The only thing I didn't really care for was the plastic-y/waxy, oily-ish consistency of the product. It makes the product feel sort of cheap. I know this isn't exactly "Clinique" or "Kiehl's", but I was hoping for a more whipped, fluffier consistency. This one is REALLY thick. Maybe I got a bad batch or maybe this is just the way the product normally is, but I probably won't repurchase this one, and I'll likely try something else next time.

It works, but...

Please be advised: DO NOT BUY Queen Helene Cocoa Butter from vender called Sincere Supply. Sincere Supply should be immediately removed as a Walmart third-party supplier for selling what appears to be a tampered-out and illegally altered product. The item I received was diluted with an unknown chemical compound—most likely petroleum jelly—and bears little resemblance to the authentic formula. As someone who manages severe eczema, I have purchased the genuine product from other retailers many times without issue. This version, however, was nearly white in color, excessively greasy, and lacked the signature cocoa butter scent. Instead, it possessed a distinct, chemical petroleum odor and a much firmer, waxy texture than the genuine article.

The lack of a secure seal on these containers is a massive safety loophole that this vendor is clearly exploiting. I will be contacting the Queen Helene company directly to report the illegal actions of Sincere Supply and to formally address the fact that their packaging lacks a necessary tamper-proof system. It is unacceptable for a supplier to compromise consumer health by distributing counterfeit or altered skincare under a trusted brand name.

Let this serve as a final, definitive warning to all shoppers: purchasing from this vendor is a gamble with your skin's safety. This is not just a poor-quality substitute; it is a blatant, dangerous deception. I will not rest until Walmart and the manufacturer are fully aware that Sincere Supply is peddling fraudulent goods, and I urge every consumer to steer clear of this vendor to avoid being the next victim of this scheme.
