The original alcohol-free deep-conditioning treatment was created to save dry, damaged, chemically-treated and over-processed hair. It leaves a natural healthy shine with extra body and resilience.  How To Use  Shampoo hair and towel dry. Apply Cholesterol Cream generously to hair and scalp. Make sure dry or damaged hair is well covered. Add a few drops of warm water and work into a creamy lather. Cover hair with a plastic cap, then cover with a heating cap or a hot towel. Keep on for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove cap and rinse thoroughly until all cream is removed. Do not shampoo.  Ingredients Water, STEARYL ALCOHOL, CLYCERYL STEARATE, MINERIAL OIL, SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE, CHOLESTEROL, LANOLIN, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, DIAZOLIDINYL UREA, METHYLPARABEN, PROPYLPARABEN, FRAGRANCE, FDC YELLOW 5, FDC, YELLOW 6, FDC RED 40, DNC RED 33.

I have not been able to find this product for a while. It is costing $10 more than what I use to pay. Similar products are not as thick and don't work as well. Glad I was able to find it

I've been using Queen Helene Cholesterol for years. I love that it conditions well, but rinses out easily. I have very thick hair. Cholesterol is rather heavy, so I wouldn't recommend for people looking for volume. It feels great on the scalp. In fact, in winter, I put it on my skin in the shower. Just like with hair, it rinses off without any residue. Highly recommend
