I LOVE Queen Helene lotion! It is the BEST! Barely scented except with a really good light smell. Makes everywhere I put it on my body so soft. The price is very reasonable considering everything. I did like it when I could buy it for 99 cents  :  )

I love this! I am also looking for the face and body cream smaller container for travel purposes. This works well for hair as well. Very little goes a long way for hair. I'm grateful that Walmart had this product. I used to find it at Sally's beauty supplies but that is not the case anymore. As of October 2025.

I've been using this stuff since the 80s. I absolutely recommend trying it if you haven't before now.
I love how it sinks in and smells like I'm on vacation without  being too heavily scented!

I love to slather the Queen Helene on after bathing while my skin is still damp. The fragrance is fresh and light. The texture is excellent. My skin drinks it up in just a few minutes leaving no film or oily shine behind. I had been using a more emollient cream textured lotion on my soles, knees, elbows, and knuckles but discovered that spot applying the Queen Helene 2-3X a day  to these zones is keeping them soft, moist, and pliable. Plus now there's no need for the additional clutter or expense. I'm a fan and just tickled that my local Walmart keeps this on the shelf at a budget friendly price.

Excellent Budget Friendly Moisturizer, Smells Good

Thick lotion that goes smoothly on skin. Very effective especially for dry, winter skin. Generous-sized bottle lasts for a long time -- I use it everyday and one bottle lasts me a month. Other lotions half the size and twice the price can't do as much.

Reliable, Affordable, and Truly Effective

This lotion is nice during the summer time, it's pretty moisturizing for a lotion that is lightweight and it's not greasy. I don't recommend if you have dry skin during winter, it's not strong enough…trust me… you're gonna have to apply it over and over again or have to layer it with other lotions and oils. The smell is okay it's not the best cocoa smell out there but it's not crazy bad either it's pretty “meh”. I will say the price is nice, i didn't think the bottle would be the that big.

Moisturizing properties doesn't last long. Smells aweful. Feels like oil and your skin will absorb it fairly quickly. I mixed it with a Suave scent and it works better mixed. The price point makes you want to buy it if you're in a pinch but other than that, stick to what you know.

Smells terrible and is super oily

At the original price of $3.98 it was a great shower lotion, and I would rate it at 5 stars. Now the price has raised to more than 4 times at $16.63. It is a rip off. My opinion is as a regular lotion it can't compare, there are many lotions that are more than ten times better as a stand-alone lotion. This lotion was priced correctly to begin with, and I can't recommend it as a regular stand-alone moisturizer type lotion. This is more of a lotion to use in the shower and rise off, kind of like your hair products you put on after shampooing your hair. It helps some but if you have any dry areas, you need a stand-alone lotion. not this product.

The New Price is way too high!
