Rack appears to be very sturdy.  Easy to install.  Good value for the price.  However, the slots were not wide enough to accommodate my mountain bike.  The specs did not indicate the width (1-7/8") .  I adapted the rack by cutting pool noodle sections and fitting them to the cross bars either side of the wide slot.  This filled in some of the excess space and allowed the bike to fit there.  The vertical bar was a little short and too far from the bike to allow its secure attachment.  I solved this by lag screwing a block of wood to the upright.  With these modifications, the rack works fine.   If Quick Products made the upright a little longer and designed the slots to be adjustable, rack would probably be worthy of a 5 star rating.
