Purchased mine in the cooler months so it takes a bit of warming up to use but it's so worth it. It lasts forever on your skin and even as a lip balm,  No heavy fragrance, just a wonder, natural product. Especially if you're trying to get away from OTC cosmetics or moisturizer filled with chemicals. You can feel good about this product.

Shea butter definitely was a great purchase and will continue buying more of. Smooth texture, my only complaint is the container itself is not that strong, would definitely like to see improvement in the container, had to transfer shea butter to a different container since the original is breaking down.

The Shea butter smells like a fragrance was added and it isn't like Shea butter's I've been using. I don't believe this is 100% natural Shea butter like it being advertised.

I have been using this product from this brand for years. It has done wonders for my skins, but for my previous purchase and this one, the shea butter smells different. It is not moisturizing my skin like it was before. The container is made of inferior material and broke my first time  opening it for the last three purchases. I do not think I will be purchasing this product from this company again. The product is not the same anymore.

Disappointed

I've been purchasing ALL natural shea butters for over 20 years, this is the first time I received one that is bright yellow and has a perfume scent. Normally, shea butters are tan in color and have a very faint scent of the shea butter.  Additionally, after 1 hour of applying... my skin was back to being ashy!!  The only good thing was the smooth texture.

Smelled like rancid oil despite the expiration date  claiming it was still good

The container broke when I took off the lid, and the shea butter smells strongly of paint thinner.
