Price

This unit does a reasonably good job cooling and dehumidifying my 440 sq. ft. garage in southern FL. It costs about 14cents/hour to run in my area. It noise level is quite low.

I love it. Keeps the room cool, fairly quiet for a portable conditioner. Does n9t wake me up when it switches between modes and my head is right next to the air conditioner in the small room.

Great price for a lovely air conditioner

For the price is why I bought I have a window A/C that is 10years old and it works fine. So I case mine breaks down I have this one., it's beautiful and works came with remote

RCA 12,000 BTU  excellent

So far my unit has worked very good really cools down the room easy to set up and use no problems with it at all very satisfied.

RCA 12,000 BTU 3in 1Portable Air Conditioner

It is a nice looking air conditioner with good handles on the side. It doesn't weigh too much but the louvers point straight up. It moves easily with the wheels. It is a good size. The window kit was too short for my window. The warrantee company would not replace it or send additional parts so it would work for me so I had to return it.

Too bad it didn't work for us

I like this unit. It really cranks out the cool air . The downside is the hose that attaches to the window kit does not say in if the hose is bumped so don't move the unit. This arrived with 2 broken casters, I notified company on May 9. As of today May 20th I still have not been sent the new casters. Customer service is horrible and slow. If you find another unit comparable buy it instead of this.

Nice AC-horrible customer service

Great so far. Easy installation. Works well with good temp control and power. Unit is very big so takes up a lot of floor space.

Does work well but this summer has been so hot it was on so much it's now leaking. What do do to stop the leaking?

Great but leaks when use a lot

It COLLECTs from the bottom even if the pipe is plugged from the top. Must pick up with towels several times per jr According to the new standards c a 5000 BTU only

It was shipped from Walmart damaged. The bottom of the package was crushed. It was then taped up to keep it together. One caster once completly smashed. I sent photos to Walmart. The response was for me to send it back. This  was the last one in stock. I asked for a discount. The answer was NO!   Pretty lousy service.
