It has been a while since I had a RCA and it is one nice set for the money we have this set in the bedroom and sounds Great and Picture is perfect . I paid over $2000.00 for a Samsun and I have a hard time hearing what is said on it . The RCA is clear as the picture.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for!  Finally found a 32" TV that has 1080 pixels.  The picture is great!  I had to place the TV on my bureau (bedroom), so I'm basically viewing it from the side, and still the picture is excellent!  In "music" mode, the sound is pretty good, but I plan to buy a sound bar in the future.  Altogether, I am VERY pleased with this TV!  RCA is a reputable company, and I've never been dissatisfied with their products.

Bought this TV to use outside on my covered deck .  wanted one that would be light to help putting it on the overhead bracket .  This TV filled the bill . its very light .  I has a very good picture .  I was worried the sound would  not be good enough for outdoors  ,  but the sound is great .  I was pleased with that as it saved me money not needing to buy a sound bar .Great 32"

Great 32" TV

So pleased with this TV that this is the first time I've reviewed on Walmart.com.  I use this TV in my small bedroom.  Sounds great, looks great, works great.  I have it plugged into an outside antenna into the coax port and got a picture immediately, scanned and added all the channels on the first try.  I paid $129 at Walmart.com, took about 10 days and was well worth the wait.

It is great! It is everything that I have been looking for in a basic FHD TV. The picture is crisp and vibrant, the sound is just ok but I expected that with the tvs speakers in the rear now a days, I have a sound bar so that helps with better sound.

I am VERY happy with this 32" TV/Monitor (RCA RLED3221-D),  but I made a minor tweak that made me even happier with it. 
On the model RLED3221-D, there is a second set of what appear to be screw holes that align with the screw holes in the legs.
But there is a bit of plastic in the way that keeps the bump on the legs from letting them screw in all the way.
I left the legs intact, but used a pair of needle-nosed pliers to remove just enough of the plastic in the TV base to make clearance for the bumps.  The two bits of plastic I removed with the pliers were barely more than 1/8" square, but removing them allowed the bump on the legs to settle in so the legs could both be screwed all the way on.  The legs now only need a space 13½ inches wide on my 19"-wide raised place in my computer desk.  The default leg positions would have been too far apart and straddled the raised place on my desk.
This tiny alteration allowed me to use the legs set closer together and not have to mount the TV on the wall. RCA should consider making this slight modification to the monitor housing mold so that they could then boast two possible leg positions.  The TV is quite stable with the legs using the altered mount points.

I like everything abt the TV except the audio. It sounds like a radio playing. I tried every audio setting it offered but my 20 yr old SANYO had better sound. I ended up purchasing a Sound Box for it. Not a cheap Sound Box, but a high quality one made by Polk, $200.00. That was the ticket. The audio is phenomenal now. Plus my Sound Box is Bluetooth so I can play my music on my phone on it. Picture quality - awesome and set up was easy. It would be awesome if the TV included an HDMI cord to connect to my DISH HD receiver.

RCA 32" 1080p

This is a decent non-smart Full HD 1080p HDTV. The quality of the picture and screen resolution is good. I bought several of these to use simultaneously as computer monitors and HDTVs. There's a variety of connections which is great for multi-use purposes. You can access the functions of this HDTV via the buttons on the front center bottom of the screen frame, or via the included remote control.

 A few things to note or be aware of are:  1.) The built-in speakers are adequate for basic sound and listening, but if you want theater quality audio, then use the audio output connections and connect it to an external Dolby-based sound amplifier using full-sized quality speakers.  2.) Cross you fingers that the one(s) you order do not have factory out-of-the box defects. I ordered 3, one works just fine and has no issues, one came with a smudged film across the entire screen that I cannot clean or clear off with a dry soft-buff towel, and for the other one the build in tuner is not working and does not find any channels regardless of whether I use a passive or amplified HDTV antenna.  3.) This HDTV is light and easy to handle, but still take care and be gentle when attaching the feet-stands, cables-connections, and setting it in place while protecting the screen.

 All 3 do/did show a great picture when connecting via the HDMI ports. I spoke with tech support and they told me to return the defective ones back to Walmart since they are covered under the 30-day return policy, which I am doing. I'm getting the defective units replaced, and once those are received, I plan to order 3 more. For those who still want control over -YOUR TV- without having the 'Streaming' or 'Internet connectivity' built into the HDTV via a licensing agreement whereas you relinquish control of the TV's functions and programming to others, then this may be just what you are looking for!  And if so, you may want to order several of them and keep a few spares, until such time as the HDTV manufacturers give you back the choice of controlling the product you've paid to own.

The audio is so poor on this tv it's like a little clock radio. If you're ok with that, and your prepared to dedicate an extra set of speakers to the device, then you should be ok with the product. But don't expect the audio to be adequate in its own.

RCA - requires connected audio

I bought the 4 year extended prote3ction plan and it includes Soluto.
"New TV? Let a Soluto tech expert help:"
It included a phone number for free support and the person who answered told me I have no support.
We argued a bit and I read him the support agreement and when I said Soluto, he gruffly transferred me.
The Soluto tech was friendly, but we came to the conclusion that RCA provides horrible speakers and I will need to purchase a sound bar if I want decent sound.
He also told me that I wasted my money paying for 1080P on a 32" TV.
For that size screen, I probably won't notice any difference.  He further told me that RCA doesn't sell a lot of TVs and they are no longer a leader in quality.   I would be better off with Samsung or Vizio.
I am going to return the TV!
