Great value for money for such a large and curved screen Delivery was very fast, at my place 3 days before the scheduled date and the delivery even helped me to mount it! I didn’t see much on the internet when I bought it so I was a little worried but great TV I don’t regret it at all! Still needs to dwell on the settings if they want maximum quality at the image otherwise nothing to complain I am very satisfied! - Oh, my God.

Excellent value for money!

The price is very good. I wish I had the opportunity to buy the insurance but it looks like it is not offered this case. Belle TV, beautiful pictures, is facing a window and it does not harm the quality of the image.

Curved tv

Tv worked great for six days then developed a blown pixel and blue line throughout the screen. RCA warranty was less than helpful so it went back to Walmart who wanted me to replace it with another—I didn't. Sound isn't great, but is better than other TVs I've tested at this price point.

Great at first!

Worst 4k hd tv...horrible sound and picture quality.  Have to buy a sound bar..this will improve the sound but certainly not the picture.  Would not recommend this TV to anyone...Is there a rating lower than poor that I can add?

Worst TV ever

Bought them on black Friday.  Delivery took a week.   Set up, worked well for 24 hours and then flickering started.   
Called RCA for warranty, provided all my information, and was told it will take at least 10 business days before someone will contact me via email.
Thank goodness I bought from Walmart.   Returned to nearest store 4 days after it was delivered.

I bought this tv online 3 weeks ago.

Received it pretty fast, but:
1- The screws for the feet were not long enough
2- Most horrible sound ever!
3- Most horrible picture ever!
- HD looks worst than SD
- 4K looks like SD

Got it installed for less than 2 days and decided to bring it back to the store.

Very unhappy with this tv.

I would certainly not recommand this tv to anyone.

Worst tv ever!   DON'T BUY!!!!

We bought this RCA tv 4 months ago and then all of a sudden no video. Only audio works.
We called RCA support that is located in the Philippines and they asked us to provide all necessary prove of purchase and we did. We never heard from them again.We kept calling the Philippines but they kept telling us that they are just a call centre and that Curtis International should be calling us. Finally the people in the Philippines told us that they can provide us only address for Curtis International in Toronto but no telephone. 
We have no way of contacting Curtis International and the Philippines call centre said they can not do any thing for us.
We called Walmart and Wal-Mart said their warranties is good for only one month and they REFUSED even to discuss any options.
We bought warranties for 5 years and we called the warranty company and they said their warranty does not kicks in before a year so we have to wait a year.
We are at lost and we never expected a corporation such as RCA not honour and stand by their product.
