we got the tv and it works good. the pic is bright and clear. wallmart did not have it in stock so the brick price matched it. as for the shipping damage in other reviews that not the tv so don't read that. it is on are wall and I love it

Great content with my purchase

Sound is tinny, even with bass all the way up and treble all the way down but image is good.

We bought this on Boxing Day 2017 - we are. Ow on our 3rd tv after exchanges as the screen will just go black - sometimes you could unplug and let it rest then plug it back in and it would work. We have emailed and called the protect plan department as we bought the 2 year plan with no response yet!!!

Would rather get my money back and go buy elsewhere!

Disappointed

I bought this TV back in November 2017. About a month or so later the screen will just go black while your watching it but you can still hear the sound. If you shut it off and put it back on the picture comes back, sometimes you have to do this 5 or 6 times before it will actually keep the picture on. Waste of money, I'm extremely disappointed with it.

Garbage

Backlight goes out on the TV at random times. Only way to turn it back on is by turning it off and on again. The warranty department for RCA is garbage too. I've been waiting THREE WEEKS for an email, and have called everyday. It's a shame, because it looks great when it works. :(
