Can be loud and clear, but may be muffled in certain setups.

I really like the product it is what the description says it is, the picture quality is great it feels like your in the tv yourself and it was easy to install.

RCA 65" 4K UHD LED Smart TV

Nice tv. Purchase it for my dad to bring him up to date but the sound is horrible. I tired to use the other sound options but to me none was good I guess the speakers are in the back or underneath. My dad isn't complaining so as long as he's happy with it, I'm happy

Decent for the price

Having some issues when connected to HDMI Cable, TV drops signal so have to shut off TV and restart to re-connect. Also I was never offered an extended Warranty which concerns me.

Need help

About a year old, aside from what others have stated about extremely limited app availability, which required we buy a fire stick to function as an actual smart TV. It died on us today. Around a year old, as you can see in other pictures, the screen will no longer work. Since we bought it; it has only been mounted properly and never damaged. RCA clearly can't make a half decent TV. Will never buy their products again. Spend more on a brand like Samsung; it will be worth it.

Do not buy. Worst TV I've ever had.

worst tv I have ever owned. the screen resets by itself, can download apps, picture doesn't even fit the screen and you can't get it to even using the ratio settings.

big mistake

I bought this tv yesterday, brought it home, installed it to see that 3 HDMI ports do not work!!! Therefore I cannot get my cable nor my DVD to play!! I even had the cable guy come in to see of it was a problem with the cable and he confirmed that is the TV.
I had to borrow truck to get this tv, wasted almost a day an a half trying to get the piece of junk to work to no avail! Called the service number found in the user manuel, worst service ever! No customer service with RCA. Now I have to borrow another truck to bring this piece of junk back to the store. I will never buy RCA products again.

Junk

Bought this TV at the end of November 2019, and from the beginning had issues with trying to hook up a sound bar.  It was not compatible with the sound bar and tried several methods.  Then in March 2020, the screen went black and now is Non serviceable.  RCA takes a considerable amount of time to respond to emails with regards to issues so after 2 weeks of emails, the issue is still not resolved.  This product is not worth the money.

Purchased in Oct. 2017, a little over a 1yr old and now a black screen and no sound! My LG lasted 7yrs! What a Rip Off this tv was! Sound was muffled from day one. Don't waste your money folks! 19in from my bedrm will have to do in my lvrm for now, lovely 65in 4k flat screen as a Back drop.. Very dissatisfied.

Not worth the money

I have 6year old tv's that are more advanced than this piece of garbage. Thought I was getting a good deal. Turns out you cannot do the following with this tv 
Use Disney+
Use a browser
Download a new app
Do anything  that every other tv on the market offers . 
Wish I bought a different one

I do want to say one positive thing about the purchase I made so here it goes;

I made an awesome fort out of the box for my kids to play in.
