Fabulous at this time this was, and is exactly what we needed. Thank you so much for the prompt and nice delivery. This freezer is just the right size big enough but not too big.

The freezer came before expected. I was hesitant, after seeing reviews of the freezer arriving damaged but we had no problem. It freezes really well and is much larger inside than I expected. An extra wire bin would be helpful but I am very happy with this product!

I love my deep freezer can't wait to fill it up for the winter!!!

The chest freezer met our needs for a very reasonable price.  The promptness of delivery and the delivery service were great!

Quality and Service

The Freezer itself is economical, energy efficient and keeps the food evenly frozen. Adjustable temp. helps in keeping food from freezer bite. 

The outside lining is thin and easy bends. My freezer was bent at the corner when the delivery person unloaded it off of the truck. Nonetheless, it did not keep the unit from freezing foods as expected.

Chilled quickly. Delivered on time...with a few dings, but did not effect performance.  Very happy to have. Glad I ordered it!

Perfect size and price. Previously had a 5.1 cu ft and it was slightly too small. Delivery was right on point as when it was stated. I will see how long or durable it is. Only time will tell.

Good buy, great corporation.

I was really pleased until it recently stopped working on me and now i'm stuck purchasing another one because I am now outside of the warranty window

We ordered this online about 4 weeks ago. Besides taking a long time to receive it, it was then damaged. It evidently was dropped on its corner and also punctured. The packaging around it was so thin, no wonder it couldn't stand the abuse. Some of the damage (scratches and puncture mark) were not showing through the covering box, which leads me to believe this freezer was also repackaged after damage. It barely works, given that the corner dropped is also the heaviest and where the motor is. We did not send this back because we were afraid we would not get another before lockdown. It also does not have a light on the interior. Looks cheaply made, hence the price.

Poor quality control

Item was received with extreme dents. Door engagement trim on right side was completely broken (damaged).

Terrible handling either by manufacturers/Shippers
