Awesome freezer! It gets cold very quickly. Was able to transfer over food from the previous deep freezer to this one almost immediately. It's very quiet and nestles away perfectly. I usually do not even hear the freezer running at all, and have to check the very convenient indicator lights to make sure it's on. It's very spacious and is the perfect size for a small to medium family. The hanging basket is great for small items, and inner shelf is great for the bigger items that you don't want to dig for. Great freezers with great features.

After waiting through this pandemic for a deep freezer Walmart had them at a great price and fully in stock. I wish it was black but I love it and needed it big time. Make sure you get the protection plan just in case.

Must have product

I have been searching around for a bigger chest freezer. I needed a bigger one than my 5.0 cu I had for over 5 years. There were so many brands out but a bit expensive. I always turn to Walmart to shop. I finally seen this new listing that was just the size I needed. I have 4 growing children. So I love to cook so they eat home cooked meals. Im so in love with this freezer. I kept on the number setting that it suggested didnt need to change to go higher at. It keeps my food cold

Spacious

It's very roomy, lightweight, and a great price. It does exactly what is needed, which is to keep things frozen. It weighs just over 70 pounds, and has casters on the bottom to make moving and positioning quite easy. And if you look at larger freezers, like 15 cf, yes it's half the size, but only one quarter the price. So you could buy three, have 6 cf more than the large deep freezers, and still save $200

Great price and FAST, free delivery by FedX. Posting pics of the fantastic packaging including: plywood to cover entire top; Styrofoam corner coverage; spacers taped to keep lid/base seal protected; and interior basket also taped. Collage pic also shows the waffle pattern inside lid. Stainless steel interior with drain plug which was included in the directions bag to install. Interior to the left of the condenser shelf is 25 inches deep with 24 x 15 stackable crates space available at additional purchase. NO DENTS OR DINGS! Runs quietly. Condenser vent is on the right side, so positioned to allow free air circulation. Runs very quietly. Top of lid is completely flat with a plastic lip on sides, so future purchase of laminate cover is an option. Purchased to avoid extra steps to basement for freezer access. Fits great under the window sill. Extended 3-year warranty is reasonable. Recent purchase, so will see how well it keeps foods frozen. Set on 4 of the 7 setting choices, it got cold within hours to keep bags of recently-purchased items frozen. Will update review if my opinion changes. Very pleased with this purchase!

Pleasantly surprised at packaging and condition

The light would not come on after 2 days. Called company and received an email with so many details I needed to send them that I have not gotten around to doing yet. Other than that it appears to be working fine.

Kinda pleased

I bought 2 and followed the directions the freezers got cold so after a couple of days I filled them up with fresh vegetables and meats thinking they brand new of course I have nothing to worry about. But my groceries  never froze they thawed out. Poor product hoping to be able to return

Bought freezer after hunting to store meat. l After moving the unit I allowed it to sit for 24 hours. Placed it on 4 setting for 24 hours. all recommended by the manufactor. Unit does not get cold. Wont keep froozen foods cold and wont freeze water. Cranked it to the higest setting. Bottom frooze for a day then slowly dissapated. Maybe I got a lemon but it has been nothing but a pain so far.

Not working for me
