Amazing picture 4K looks great. Entry's level sound bar makes this awesome.
No HDMI ARC but optic chord makes it great.

Great tv

Got this TV home and noticed right away it had a dead pixel which I find annoying. So I am returning it today. Really hoping my new TV will be ok because it's not exactly the easiest thing to be returning which is quite annoying.

Had to return for exchange

Faulty right from delivery. Momentary flash & then blank screen & no audio. multiple resets attempted to no avail. Zero phone support from Curtis. Put on permanent hold. Now I gotta load this boat anchor up in the truck and take it back to a local store! What a waist of time, never again...

Unserviceable right out of the box.!

My roommate got the 65 inch and I purchased the 70 as they seemed like a great deal at the time. Both literally had stuck pixels outside the box and generally have poor picture and dreadful sound quality.

Terrible, dont waste time or money

Bought this on Black Friday and returned it after 30 days

- Picture is extremely Bland

- Audio is awful and the settings are confusing as they are labelled by Hertz not by name( ex. 20-120Hz instead of Bass)

- TV is extremely limited in terms of apps. You are stuck with just the stock apps. No way to add more apps so if you plan on using Disney+ or Crave, you are SOL. Only Apps worth mentioning on the TV are Netflix, Facebook, Twitter, Plex and Youtube. You cant even stream with the browser

- TV constantly froze on us being unresponsive including not being able to power down. The TV would freeze buffering on Netflix despite fast internet and a wired connection. The TV would need to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again and the issue would repeat 1-2 times a day

- Location of all the ports was also not very well designed. They were behind the TV in the middle so if you had the TV on the stand which is default since it doesnt come with a wall mount, the ports are inaccessible without pulling the TV completely out so you can get behind.

- Also had a lot of issues hooking this up to the Internet. Tried Wired and wireless and despite all other devices working fine I had to reboot my modem and take everything down JUST to connect the stupid thing to the internet.

This TV is far from what I would expect from SMART TV especially at the regular retail price. Stay away from this TV.

TV is far from SMART

I bought the TV a few weeks back during the pre black Friday sales. I'm noticing large white rectangles and white lines pop into the picture randomly. After calling Walmart, they will not be able to replace the TV but will take the TV back and return my money.

2020-11-20 my family and i bought this tv for our living room we opended it up and there were 2 pixels missing. Took it back to walmart asked for an exchange, exchanged it for the same tv and went hope opended it up still pixels were missing on the 2nd tv!! Not recommended!

Horrib;e

I was very disappointed with the video quality of this TV. There was also a blown pixel that I could not overlook even at this price point. The customer service I received was excellent however. I would not recommend a RCA TV at this point after this experience.
