For those looking for a screw to hold the base on.....Push the base on a little more and it snaps in place ....no screw is needed. That would be why there is no screw.

I am highly impressed with the sound and picture quality of this little TV at should a low price. I own several (once) top-of-the-line big screens, and for a small fraction of what I paid for them, I am thrilled to death with this TV. The only downside is that I cannot find a code for my Comcast (Xfinity) remote to control it, so I am forced to use 2 different remotes when watching it. I called RCA 800 number to report this problem, and have heard nothing back and it has been weeks, so more than likely there is no should code.  Short of that, this little TV (for the price of course) is awesome.

Super awesome TV for the price!

KIDS LOVE IT!, bought this for small our camper & for kids bedroom when not camping. The picture's amazing, the volume's not too loud, but serves it's purpose for confined areas. Love all the plug-in options, not sure if USB port plays movies off it, but if not we'll use old android box that has a usb port to play cartoons/movies.

better than expected

Very Good Purchase for a refurbished unit. recieve only 2 channels because of antenna for HDTV. purchased an outdoor antenna waiting for it arrival.  Good Price and very satisfied with reception recievinvg so far. Have not tried car adapter as of yet. but will soon.

So far so good. Needed a replacment tv for my older conversion van and this littel tv is great. Very light, easy to mount. And its 12volts with a car adapter so no power inverter needed. And price is great compared to other 12v led tvs i have seen

Just bought this tonight. I really like the option of ac/dc power. Want to watch tv in the garage? No problem. How 'bout the kitchen? No problem. Campsite? No problem. Just plug it in to your vehicle's lighter socket. Movies can be watched on the move. TV not so much. After you shut down for the day, hit "stop" on the movie and maybe watch a ball game, race or other sports. I hunt, fish and just enjoy the great outdoors. After a long day afield or on the water, I enjoy relaxing to some TV or a movie. It also helps put me to sleep. You will need an antenna.

Clearance rack find for $65... open box return. Nothing wrong with it. Would be a great monitor, bedroom tv or tv for a small space. The color is really crisp on this tv. The sound is loud and good. Actually asked my husband to turn it down. It has a hdmi port so we hooked a chromecast into it and have it working with our google home environment. Not bad at all for what we paid. It is a wide screen. It does smell a bit plasticy and after we removed the protective plastic and was giving off an odor of heated plastic. Hope this disapates over time. You might want to have an open window when you just get it so it can work off that mew tv smell.

Really surprised by this little gem

The TV is great - an EXCELLENT picture.  BUT - the screw to secure the pedestal base to the TV is MISSING !!!  I bought a second TV and it was also MISSING in that box so I returned the second TV.  RCA is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with !!!

I could see this being a good item camping or in an RV for fussy kids...however the audio speakers are mediocre at best. Sounds very cheap and tinny in the home. Not a good idea for a mainstream tv unless you want to sit right up on it with wired headphones.

DO NOT BUY RCA

bought this last month. missing parts. RCA customer support is non-existent. They basically say too bad, waste your time with automated email responses.  The worst I have ever experienced. 

The products are fine, but if you have a problem which happens all the time with electronics you get zero help or compensation. really bad!  Beware of RCA!!
