Arrives with defects that impact functionality.

Fridge and freezer doors struggle to maintain a tight closure.

I purchased this fridge to put in my RV. It was a great fit and easy to install. Works perfectly too!! I do wish it had a shelf in the freezer door. Highly recommend it though.

Excellent product

Fed ex dropped the refrigerator out of the truck hard. The shelves were loose from the tape and two were broken as shown in the pictures. They wont stay in the refrigerator door. Please send replacements or advise. One long shelf and one short one was broken.

Fed ex  flubbed

The shelves definitely need improvement. They Are pretty flimsy and half of them were broken upon delivery. The freezer was able to freeze within an hour but it seemed like it too the whole night for the fridge portion to work.

Needs work

I enjoy the Top Freezer Refrigerator the size of the unit works good in my shop. I do not like the fact that when I got the unit, there is a door self that is broke on one end and the draw at the bottom of the frig is cracked.  On the outside of the unit the back top corners look like they were smashed in and they is a indent along the back side that looks like it was hit with a flit fork. However the unit is working to my needs.

Refrigerator came in damaged in front on the freezer door. Also several door racks and the crisper drawer were broken. Otherwise, it shipped fast and is the perfect size for a second refrigerator.

Damaged on delivery

FIRST, THEY SENT ONE INDIVIDUAL TO BRING THE FRIDGE  UP 3 FLIGHTS. I HAD TO ASSIST THE DELIVERY PERSON AFTER I WORKED A 14 HOUR SHIFT AT A HOSPITAL TO BRING  THE FRIDGE UPSTAIRS. THERE WERE  SEVERAL DENTS  ON THE FRIDGE ONCE IT WAS UNPACKED  IN ADDITIONAL TO SCRATCHES. YOU HAVE NO IDEA  HOW THIS EXPERIENCE WAS FOR ME. ALSO THE DATE THE FRIDGE WAS TO BE DELIVERED WASN'T FUFILLED AND I WAS HOME.

IT SUCKS!!!! AND I CAN TAKE PHOTOS...BUT WHY??????

The first one was badly damaged, said they would pick up, had make many ph calls, finally picked up defective one, brought replacement today, the door fell off, had to take both doors off and reinstall, should have got one from amazon

Should be no stars, totally, not happy

10 months after purchase stopped working. Now need to call RCA to see if warranty coverage fixes it.
