Excellent ice making machine.  Produces ice quickly, quietly.  Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this product 1 1/2 years ago and has worked well until now. It appears that the mechanical scoop has seized and no longer works properly. To be fair this machine has been making ice 24 hours a day. Not sure if it is covered under warranty.

Works Reasonably Well

Right out of the, when I plugged it in and added water to the fill line, the light still showed ADD WATER. Unplugged and plugged back in, and it started the ice making cycle. Within minutes, there were small mushy ice things. I went away for 40 minutes and came back, and there was only ONE batch of ice things. It MELTS as fast as it makes it, and doesn't keep it frozen!  It melts and drips down and the water is reused to make more ice.

The problem is, it doesn't seem to KEEP the ice once it makes it.

Great for one person who needs a steady supply of mushy ice, but definitely not for more than 1 or 2 people because it won't KEEP the ice frozen.

Where's the ice? It MELTS within minutes

I bought this at the beginning of July. It worked fine. Now it has stopped making ice and just reads add water even though the water resevoir is full. I would avoid this product.

Lasted two months now useless!

I got this ice maker a couple weeks ago. It always had a mild strange taste to it until today when it became so bitter and so disgusting I had to  spit it out. It tasted like burnt plastic. I'm pretty sure that it's wires may have melted. Don't waste time or money on this. Be warned.
