We replaced it with this light and I love it so much more now because it looks more slick and less bulky. Before the other light would stick out and I didn't like it. Also, I love the feature where you can adjust the light and the color you want. So if you want it more warm or more light. And this light was super easy to install with no issues and instructions were straightforward. Overall, amazing light that can be adjusted and easy installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to buy 20 more of these lights. First, it was super easy to install. It took my husband about 15 minutes tops. The installation was very straight forward. What we love so much about this light is that it can actually be tilted to spotlight specific areas, rather than be static like other recessed lights. The other thing I absolutely love is that on the back of the light you can choose how bright it is and the color of the light (warm vs cool). I highly highly recommend these lights. We will definitely be replacing more of ours with this one!

Shinning bright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really pleased with this 5/6” LED recessed light from Halo. The gimbal has a 360* rotation with a 35* tilt which make these the perfect directional, overhead light for just about any space. 
These are dimmable and you can set the color temperature to suite your space. Before installation can make the lighting warm or cool by easily adjusting the slider from 2700k up to 5000k. You will also adjust the lumens between 600 and 975 to set your maximum brightness level before installing. For lower ceilings you might not want the light as strong and bright as a higher ceiling. 
Installation was really easy with the detailed instructions and a little electrical know how. I included a photo of everything that came in the box, but it also included the screw and bolt for installation. 
The all in one trim adjustment is perfect for 5/6 inch cut out. I love having the trim and gimbal flush with the cut out and not having it up inside of the ceiling. The light spread is so much nicer. 
Added bonus is that the lifetime of these lights is around 22 years or 50,000 hours. 
I'm very pleased with this product and I would definitely recommend this light.

Great Recessed Light!

The light has a dimmer option that is perfect for me since I tend to clean at all hours and a normal light would be too bright at times.

Quality lighting

However we did not have lighting quite right for her.  When I received this, I was excited so she can read and we can angle the light, dim it if needed or make it brighter for her.  Now she has the reading nook she has wanted and we didn't have to do too much work to install it.  Great fit for our living room.  We may need to buy some for the rest of the house now.

Needed Lighting

It's not harsh on my eyes and  provides enough light to see. Unfortunately, I do prefer brighter lighting because I have difficulty seeing in dimmed lighting.
