I love how easy and portable the packaging is to undo. Also you can just slide it out of the mount if the car is too hot. Man, do I love the voice features and touchscreen option too, quite tech-savvy

Value for your money

It was easy to set up, download the app, and use.  It, as with everything new, took a little learning curve, (at first the time would not stay set, but we figured out that problem, and then the audio would not automatically be disabled, you have to ask it to disable every time you start it, but figured that out relatively quickly as well) but we really like it overall.  There are plenty of learning videos online that are really helpful.

Easy install. I haven't really used it, but I like the display and ease of use. Recording starts when you turn on car.

If you are looking for a Dashcam, this is the one to buy, now there are newer models so go fit it with a newer model, this one works for me, "I was at a light, my lane was red, the car came from behind me at a high rate of speed and almost hit me in the rear, it was all caught on my newly installed Dashcam in HD. Everyone needs a Dashcam.

Very good product, but I would recommend keeping it out of the sun because when you leave it out too long in the heat, it starts pressing the screen on its own but overall takes very good quality, video pictures and sound. Good quality but not sun resistant

Overall, this dash cam is good. The only problem is it cannot be exist by phone if you're out of range of Camp Wi-Fi range, which is sometimes very irritating and it makes Wi-Fi feature irrelevant.

IT IS NOT 4K video.  Deceptive and untrue description. Recorded video constantly skip frames. Not all locked video files in designated folder. I'm going to return this "Redtiger" dash cam.

Low quality, not 4K

I bought this dash camera and it worked fine until the company updated the app. After the update, the best feature, the ability to mirror what the camera is filming on my phone, stopped working.

According to consumer protection laws, software updates are the company's responsibility, and they must ensure that updates don't break compatibility with existing devices. After extensive back and forth with their support team, they were unable to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. My advice: don't buy any dash camera from this brand.
