WOW! We love this iron. We have another one by Bed Head brand that's wider than this one and doesn't work half as good and cost us more money. This wave iron provided the perfect waves my daughters and I were looking for. Very happy with the results! Makes your hair shiny too! Iron guess up to 430°. We divided the layers up into three different layers starting from the bottom layer and worked out way up and the results were perfect. I do highly recommend this product! We have a straightener by this same company that we've had over a year now and still is working great. Praying this iron lasts a long time too, it works so well. If you're looking for perfect right beach waves this iron will do the trick.

We love it!

I like lose beach waves.  I tried this and it's definitely good for the price.  I started with the bottom layer of my hair and worked my way to the top.  I do like it.  It is smaller waves, and I like loser waves.  I used it on about every 2' of hair.  It was a little crinkly so I separated each strand and then tousled it.  So much easier than using a curling wand, which I have left to master!  For the look I want I probably would go with a 1" waver or possibly 1 1/2"  However, I'm keeping it and the results were great.

I absolutely love it! This is by far the best product revlon has ever made! I'd recommend this in a heart beat. I have thick and long hair and it took only 30 minutes. (2 hours just curling it.)

This did exactly what it describes it will do.  Reminds me of getting a perm with large rollers.  I've gotten the same results as pictures I've seen in reviews (those with long hair). Takes a little bit of effort to figure out where to place on your hair in relation to the previous placement so the waves don't looked spaced, but it's not difficult to get the hang of it.  Temp setting allows for finer areas of hair to receive less heat.  I have a lot of hair and it reaches to the middle of my back.  I've slept on this and the next morning, the wave is still set.   The locking mechanism for storage was a good idea.  The only recommendations I make are to suggest having a silicone mat to place on when heated, and to get yourself a comb that is specifically for curly hair; you don't want to put a brush through this, as it does make it frizzy, but that's due to how brushes work with curls.  Would love to see a similar product that does larger waves.

Short to the point

I absolutely love this! The waves are beautiful! They stay in tact even after a nights sleep. The best thing Ive bought all year! It didnt take very long to do my whole head either. Love this product!

Best waver ever!

This is an awesome tool for getting those perfect deep waves. Only took about 15 minutes to do my daughter's hair and it turned out amazing. She has thick straight hair and I used it at a lower heat setting without any additional products. It left her hair looking super shiny as well. It was very easy to use. Would absolutely recommend.

Pros: Tourmaline ceramic; easy to use, like a flat iron (I don't have the knack of curling irons); seems to get very hot and has many heat settings; compact design
Cons: Makes small waves (read: ripples), not nearly as big as I'd hoped. Handle design is poor in that it is too easy to get your thumb onto the hot part; I've already nearly burned my thumb several times in one use. There is no actual temperature gauge on it

Definitely just for nice waves and I have thin hair

Love this, I get compliments all the time even from strangers. It's the same waves as the bed head one but easier to handle, especially if your use to hair straighteners. Sadly my first one quit getting hot, like no heat at all suddenly. So I ordered another one from here but it won't come on at all. There must be a wiring or heating element issue. This could be the best waver if they would update the issue and also design a few more with different size waves (bigger and smaller). I'm irritated that I've bought two and neither work. Gotta go thru the annoying steps of returning by mail now (ugh). And I guess I've gotta use the bed head one till I get one of these that actually works. Do I wanna go thru the trouble again for it not to work tho?
