Unbelievably amazing headset, if u want quality audio, this is it. Amazing battery life 🙌.  The mic has to be close to your mouth, but also doesn't pick up many background sounds. Thick, heavy, solid bass. The 40mm drivers hit harder and hold low notes better than Turtle Beach 50mm. Fav headset so far.

The RIG 800 Pro HX sits very comfortably and is well to adjust. If found it very easy to connect and Dolby Atmos was free to use. The sound is great and plenty options to choose from the app. With the headset on the function buttons on the headset are easy to find. The charging dock is also very handy and because I now have a place to store my headset as well. But the most important thing for me was that I don't have any more complaints on discord that people can hardly hear me or that my voice sounded strange, everyone can hear me now loud and clear.

Very happy I chose this headset

This is my second set. I also have one for my PS5. I love this headset. Very comfortable, even after many hours. The sound is great. Bass is warm and bouncy, spatial position in games is awesome, connectivity is great and easy and the battery will last longer than any game session. The fact that you can afterwards just park the headset on its base for changing just sweetens the deal. I am very happy with these.

Microphone has a small area where it is effective, otherwise the user can sound like they are far away. Needs to be directly infront of the mouth, almost touching your face

After disconnecting the headset the sound doesn't come back to the tv. Also having issues with it not connecting when i turn it on, and having to restart my xbox for it to connect. Inconveniences give it the 3stars

mic is absolutely trash.  I had a rig headset before and absolutely loved it... so when it broke I had no hesitation to buy this one.  Well its only been six months and its constantly disconnecting, no one can hear me and it takes forever to turn on. They arent making these headsets like they use too.

not worth the money

Bought this a few days ago and have been extremely disappointed. The headset is comfortable and the audio is okay, not amazing. But the mic is absolutely terrible. People cannot hear me unless the mic is ~1” from my mouth but when it is that close it picks up my breathing. DO NOT BUY.
