Can be clear, but also prone to cutouts and quality issues.

These are super lightweight, don't least so much sound through the cups and also the charge lasts for a super long time. Shames it's micro usb and not usb-c , however not a deal breaker. Well worth the money and you will not be disappointed.

I have had these for a month or 2 now and so far so good. When powering on they connect in seconds and the sound is great. I also like the flip up to mute mic.

Great headset

This headset holds a long charge. Easy to activate, talks to you with very little feedback or adjustments. No echo. A little pricey but worth it. Highly recommend for a microphone gamer.

Marathon gamers!

Second time buying this headset, the first one I had for 4 years before it started having any issues whatsoever. I'm pretty sure the only reason it had issues was it went through 2 moves and got knocked around. I love this headset, and will continue to stick to this brand!

Long lasting, quality headset!

Excellent headset. Connected to series X first time. Sound quality is amazing with atmos using the included voucher. Comfortable to wear and had no connection issues. Would recommend.

Excellent headset

Great comfy headset, phenomenal battery life. Just a little fiddly using the dial to perfect game chat balance. More a 4.5 out of 5. 
Very easy set up also

Great headset.

Bought it nearly 2 years 9 months ago. Never had an issue. I use the mic as well, in online gaming, at least 4 days a week. I only now picked up noise problems were some noises in a game will be softer than it was before. For me, I will easily buy one again. How long must the headset last, is the question?? My gaming keyboard is now giving problems. Bought it at the same time, so nearly 3 years of good service, I think is fair. For the price, YES!

GREAT HEADSET

The sound is great. I can hear every detail and where they are coming from.

Unfortunately, I find that my set angles forward a bit much making it slightly uncomfortable when wearing glasses. My bigger qualms are with the use of micro-USB instead of USB-C and the lack of Bluetooth.

Almost 5 Stars

I have had this product for just over a year but now it's starting to not work. Turns out muting and unmuting messes up the mic long term and now it has a really bad staticky crackling noise which I and others can hear. As well as it only works in a certain position that's hard to make it work again if I even bump it. I wish I could have a replacement because it was a good headset while it lasted but unfortunately I don't have the money atm for another like this.

I liked it but its not long time use

Ive owned these for just under 6 months and while the sound quality is great and the wireless range is great, the quality is subpar. The mic has now failed on me. Last week it started to give off a static sound when folding is down, a very bad static feedback sound when folding down/up. The sound would stay if I stopped it in a certain position also. Now, the mic as stopped working. Clearly a wire or something as come loose internally. The mic is not detachable, so it will have to be taken apart to be repaired.

Great sound, poor quality.
