I was initially excited about getting this bike rack b/c we have a family of 5, one uses a bike trailer. But we have used it only 3 times and it is already starting to fall apart. And forget putting 4 bikes on it, 3 maybe, if you have 30 minutes to waist to the stress of trying to fit all of them on there. I compared the length of the support bars to my other bike carrier that only holds 2 bikes, and the length is the same. The support bars are way to short to hold 4 bikes. I would never recommend this to anyone. They should have tested this one better!!
