I got a black pair and a green / chrome pair of Keeper straps. I already own quite a few Keeper tie downs that I keep in my truck, but I wanted some for home use. Parts of the reviews will be the same except for the strap details. I often let people borrow my truck and then get stuck without straps when I need them around my home. I decided I wanted a couple of ratcheting tie down straps for my house and shed. I always have some sort of project I am working on or heavy lifting I need to do, and I never have anyone to give me a hand. I use my hand truck, garden cart, and commercial cart all the time. The problem is rolling stuff over my bumpy yard. If you ever tried moving a heavy, over sized item over rough terrain, then you know what I'm talking about. Once the item starts to tip, it's going down. That's why I got 2 pairs of straps so I can keep a pair with my dolly and a pair with my cart. The 500 lbs working limit is more than enough for my needs. I just received a 12 x 12 deck I need to assemble and some new outdoor furniture. The deck is made of steel and has a bunch of big heavy pieces. Being able to strap them down on the cart allows me to move quite a bit all at once and saves me time. I don't have to worry about anything falling off or tipping over and getting damage. I was also able to move a box that had an outdoor couch in it. I could never have done that without straps because it was too big for my hand truck. These black ratchet tie downs are 1" wide by 14' long. The straps have durable webbing with edges that are treated with a hard plastic coating. They are also abrasion-resistant, cut-resistant, and exceed DOT requirements. I really like the handle on these straps. They will easily accommodate any size hands and give a great grip. The ratchet is nice and smooth. I love taking my side by side out to the dunes on weekends and my old straps were really starting to wear out. I went ahead and picked these guys up and I couldn't be happier! The quality of these is so much higher than my old ones and the handle is also bigger. I find them so much easier to use and they should last a lot longer as well!

Great sturdy strap. My atv isn't going anywhere!!

I used these straps to haul a ton of scrap and junk to the dump. They were easy to use, held strong, and the hooks fit perfectly in the pocket holes of the trailer. The ratchet handle is wide and makes for much easier handling. Excellent straps! I'll definitely be using these over and over.

Excellent strap

I use these straps for my trailer, nothing to heavy, but I do like that they have heavy duty handles so you can really crank them down. Be careful if you need hi-vis straps as these won't work for you. I also like the coated hooks, but those coatings never last longer than a few weeks. Just wish these were cheaper!

These are well made and durable. I really like the handle on this product. They are wide enough to ensure the safety and make sure it's secure. The greatest benefit would be that these are made from webbing to give that extra strength you would expect.

I like everything about these ratchet straps. The extra wide handles are great and my favorite part is the looped ends for strapping things that can't be hooked. I just had a hard time tearing through the packaging to get my straps out!

I purchased these interested in the wide size of the ratchet handle and was not disappointed, the width of the ratchet handle makes use even easier then normal smaller ratchets,

I needed some heavy duty, cheap ratchet straps. These will do great. I like the big handles on them too. Definitely worth the money.

Handles are sweet.

There isn't honestly much to say about the strap. Its a good webbing, strong and supple. No "sharp" rough edges like you get with the super cheap stuff. The wide textured handle is excellent for grip. There is one really cool feature that I don't have on any of my other straps and that is a little extra loop of webbing near the hook. It allows you to loop the strap around something and then hook to itself! A+ design. But.....You need a engineering degree to get the package open!! I understand the packaging design likely stems from dissuading shoplifting efforts, but I shouldn't need a chainsaw to get it open! A little direction, "push here, pull there" for disassembling the puzzle box would be much appreciated.
