The product is fine, but the handle to the carrying case is only sewn on one side.

These got me out of freshly dumped gravel, uphill even, but partially melted in the process. Later, stuck in mud, they failed to get me unstuck, so 1 win (with damage) and 1 loss. 

I think I'll look for something made of metal.
