(225/55R18XL 102V) After 6 Months: 
I would say these are worth looking into and considering.
Overall these seem to be holding up pretty well. I've driven on dirt roads, back logging roads, highway, wet rainy roads, on very windy days, through mud and on rough terrain.  I've taken them off a road up a trail to a camp, over sticks branches, rocks and brush, and I am overall content.  I did my research and was able to find some info. I wish there was more, but I wasn't able to find much more. Hopefully this helps.

PRO'S
Cost: Great. Low cost.
Has a 3 Peak Snowflake and is winter certified apparently.
So far, they handle well for an affordable option.
I have not had issues in the rain with them, no sliding or slipping at all.
They are sturdier than I expected.
The tread pattern is better than I expected, and is decently thick too. 
*I feel comfortable driving to the dump without getting a flat.
They are rated for a heavier load, and under those conditions I can say I am impressed. If you load heavy vehicles, these seem to hold up well.
(I drive an SUV and regularly load the vehicle very full.)

NEUTRAL
I have had no issues in rain or in colder weather (2 degrees Celsius), but I also have not tested them in snow and freezing conditions yet.

CON'S
Warranty: I haven't been able to find much useful about it, and it does not seem to be a great warranty. It does seem to be very difficult to use if required.
I'm not sure If, or how Walmart would help with any warranty issues.
They are a bit louder when travelling higher speeds or on the highway, but not really anything to be concerned about or that most people would care about.
They have started to wear a little bit after 5 months. (These are not high end fancy tires, so this is pretty good.)
They do seem to expand and contract slightly more than other tires, depending on the temperature. PSI ranges within 2 on any given day.

Biggest Negative: 
*The side walls of the tire feel pretty thin. I'm not sure how they would handle eating a curb.
