Love this floss! Finally a healthy floss without toxic chemicals. My teeth feel cleaner than ever! I'm never going back to my old floss. It also tastes amazing. Can't wait to try all your products!

This sponge floss will most likely be my new go-to floss. I'd previously used Glide dental tape. The space between some of my teeth is very narrow—ribbon floss was more comfortable to use than typical string floss. Looking for an environmentally friendly alternative, I tried a silk floss (not Radius brand) that'd been recommended to me. But I found the floss broke easily. So I decided to give this sponge floss a try. It doesn't pinch like string floss. In fact, it feels softer than the ribbon floss I used to use. I like that the dispenser is cardboard and that it's manufactured by a smaller company.

I enjoy using this product every time I floss. I like the fact that it's vegan, eco-friendly, and natural!

So glad to find this alternative to Glide. Wanted to get away from the PFAS chemicals. I have an immune deficiency and now that I'm not using Glide, I'm surprised by how much better my mouth feels. The silk floss breaks more easily than synthetic floss, which is a little challenging with my very crowded teeth. But, I'm developing a softer touch, which is probably better for my gums anyway. The unscented has a faint hint of mint. That's my only complaint; so minor. Again, I am very, very happy to have such a great alternative to PFAS floss.

Radius silk a fantastic alternative to PFAS floss

I'm only giving it 4/5 simply because I was obsessed with the cranberry that was discontinued :( It's really gentle and doesn't feel like more harm than good like most flosses.

Love the sponge floss

I do love it but its too thick. It hurts to floss with this, like trying to shove rope between your teeth.. let me know if you make the floss thinner please because I do love your company and dental floss and I will definitely buy again from your company.

Great floss but..

I love this floss. Because it has a slightly rough texture due to being natural fiber, my teeth get a really good cleaning. My dental hygienist even commented on the fact that I had very little tartar at my last cleaning. Plastic free packaging. I would have given a five star rating, but the floss does break when going into tight spaces which can be a problem if you have crowns.

The 6-pack is not as spongey as the single pack floss. I can see and feel the difference. This brand of floss is hard to find in local stores. I figured I'd purchase the 6-pack as I'm a daily flosser. The sponge floss in the 6-pack looks and feels like a cheap string. Not soft and spongey like the original pack I purchased. Very disappointed.

Not pleased with 6-pack. Quality is not the same.

Customer Service

I bought this several months ago, probably in the Summer of 2024. It's the worst floss I have ever used. It breaks off between my teeth every. single. time. Not sometimes. Every time. It doesn't shred. It breaks off between my teeth. Then I have the floss stuck between my teeth - but I can't floss it out, because the same thing happens over and over. 
 
I have used Radius floss for years. I'm not sure what happened. Please fix it.

Pure silk unscented floss

I had used the sponge floss for a couple years and LOVED it.  It was so great at cleaning and easy to use.  I had stocked up a while ago and when I got to one of those boxes, it was so very different.  I thought maybe it was just that box, so I carried on.  Eventually, I contacted the company and was so happy when they said it had been changed, but they changed it back and they would send me new ones.  

But, I felt like it was just a little better.  Well, we took a trip recently and I found some older floss in a suitcase - and it was amazing!  I remembered how great I thought it was when I first started buying it.  

The fixed version is not like the original, which was soooo great.  Please make it completely like you used to!  I feel like I'm going to have to start a search for a whole new floss :(
