I ordered this on Wayfair.com through Walmart at a great discount and free shipping. Love this water cooler! Light enough to move around, looks good, small footprint, and works well. I ran some tap water through it a few times and the plastic taste was gone quickly. I'm glad I went with this one rather than a more expensive brand.

It is an indispensable asset. very easy to assemble , very easy to use and one unique feature about this machine is that it indicates when cold or hot is ready to dispense. It may be new in the market but it durability is second to none. I recommend you try it yourself.

It is economical valuable and affordable

Ever worked right from the box. When I called I was told they have a lot of trouble with the product. They refunded my money and told me not to bother sending it back. It went to the curb on trash night.

Junk

I had previously purchased the same brand of water cooler and it lasted about a year but because my zero water filter fit it perfectly, I gave it another shot.  After the 2nd week, it started running constantly, sometimes all night and no one was taking water from it.  I will be returning this product.

Not worth the effort

This cooler was very cheaply made. Light weight is nice but it felt like the handles would break with the first use. We returned it to Wal-Mart and purchased another water cooler of a different brand for the same price and we are completely satisfied.

terrible quality

Ok, part of this review is that within hours of purchasing online, there was no cancellation option. I had to have it shipped, then take it back to the store for refund.

The second part is that this unit seemed too flimsy and light weight to hold a full 5 gallon water bottle. I never opened the box but if I can carry it (I'm disabled) with ease, I can only imagine how cheaply it's made.

Not recommended

I was thrilled to find these for such a good price, but after we got them and immediately put them into service the disappointment set in. We have yet to get anything but room temperature water from either one of the 2 we purchased. On occasion the green indicator light will come on, but still no cool water. I will be returning them soon. Living and working in Florida we really do like to have, at a minimal, "cool" water.

Very disappointed!

There was nothing wrong with the item. However, once I realized the area in which you place a drinking glass was so small you can only get a small maybe 8oz  glass under the spigot. And the holding tray isn't wide enough  to even hold the cup.  I wanted to return the item and had to go through Wal-Mart themselves to get a hold  of the 3rd party seller "i-Save" because they do not answer their phone or return calls when you leave a message after hours to return your call.  And to add insult to injury it would cost me more to send it back than what I paid for it. Over all unless you have fairies using this machine with mini cups and hands to use this machine no I would not recommended it. I can only hope it breaks down so I can get my money back.

Regalta Thermo Electric Cold Hot Dispenser

The cold side works great but after following the very specific instructions on prepping the hot water side it does not heat the water. Did think it was worth the effort to return due to its size.

The hot water side does not work.

This Regalta thermo water cooler does nothing but hold the 5 gallon bottle. Not even cool, just tapid water.
