Raid Max Double Control Ant Baits have dual bait technology - two types of bait to attract and kill ants. After ants feed on the bait, they return to the colony and transfer the bait to the queen and the others, thereby killing the entire colony. Population reduction and less activity can be expected within days, with the baits working continuously for up to three months. Raid Double Control Ant Baits are child-resistant. • For indoor use only. • Separate bait stations before placement. • For thorough ant control, use all baits at one time. For larger areas or particularly heavy infestations, we strongly recommend using additional baits. To secure bait in place on walls or under countertops, use removable adhesive. • Do not use on wallpaper, unpainted drywall, antiques, or unfinished wood. For other surfaces, test in an inconspicuous area first. • Place baits wherever ants are seen: by ant trails, household entry points or wherever ants are numerous, next to the wall along baseboards, in corners, under sinks, in cabinets and near plumbing fixtures. • Ants will begin eating the bait immediately and you should expect to see fewer ants within days. • Replace baits every three months if ants continue to be a problem.

Setup process requires minimal effort and is straightforward.

Took care of our ant problem in a few weeks.

Eliminate pesty black ants.

Put 4 of these ant baits close to the heaters where the ants are coming out from the cracks. Took about 3 days to eliminate them.

Cut the trap open, mixed bait with a few drops (maybe 3 or 4) of water and placed near ant travel locations. Gone within a few days. Ants would not enter trap or touch the bait before adding water.

Works well with modification

It worked a little but definitely not enough by itself. I bought a spray for indoor and another for outside. Between the three different products it has eventually helped about 95%.

This did not work for me. I ended up buying a spray after I saw the results.

They did not work for me.

All reviews accurate. I washed my kitchen floor, placed the traps and waited until the next morning to see if the traps were being swarmed by ants. 

Observations:
- The ants have trouble getting in to the trap and show no interest of entering them.
- After cutting the trap open, scraping out the bait and smearing it on the floor along a baseboard where the ants travel, EVERY SINGLE ANT traveled around the bait, showing no interest in it at all.

Total waste of money the ants crawled over the packets.

Bought this to get rid of black ants in my kitchen. They completely avoid this so-called bait and not one ant actually touched it. I even chopped it open so they could get in easier and still nothing. Did some googling and mixed borax with maple syrup which worked a great. This product sucks.

Don't waste your money

This one as well as the great value one from Walmart, I bought a lot and wait for a few weeks, it doesn't work, Ants never enter into the baits.  I will try another brand.
