Great gift for a girls suprise

She is a good quality doll her hair is hard because they but products in her hair but once you wash it off her hair is really soft I bought her because I am a doll collector the only problem I have with her is that the glitter tends to fall out Sometimes when you touch her dress and sometimes her coats fluff some time falls off but other than that she good just be careful when you take them off the stand because it can rip the fabric I bought a poppy doll and gifted to my sister and she had it for 3 day and the fabric ripped

This review is to let people know that these dolls are mostly for collectors. ALL dolls come with gel in the hair. Even high end dolls like Integrity Toys/Poppy Parker dolls, Barbie, Disney Store dolls. All dolls have gel in the hair. The hands coming off doesnt mean theyre broken. Mattel started this with the Ever After and Monster High doll lines. Hands pop off to dress the dolls easier. The hands are easily put back in. Dolls have nice hair that can be styled. Theyre not really made to be played with, though, and more for adult collectors.  I really like these dolls, and had no issues with any of them. 
I got 7 of them so far. If you want play line sturdiness, I suggest going with MGAs other dolls. The Rainbow Surprise, or LOL OMG. 
I got my daughter a set of these for her collection as well, and she hasnt had any issues. A simple hair wash gets the gel product out and makes it silky smooth.

More for collectors

I am an adult collector, and quality and detail are what I look for. I started collecting Monster High dolls, which really changed the doll market with their super high quality. Rainbow High is changing the doll market now, their quality and the detail of their dolls (and what you get for their price) is amazing! The hair is incredibly soft and multi-toned, articulated joints, inset eyes, real lashes and the clothes are incredible. MGA also had collectors in mind because they all come with stands too (except the Cheer line, which is disappointing that they don't) not to mention a second outfit. I did pluck out the bangs on Violet, which was easy as they weren't rooted in the hairline, so her hairline still looks great. I can't wait to see what else Rainbow High comes out with, us adult doll collectors are just totally in love with them, but so are kids!

I fell in love with the Rainbow High dolls! They are absolutely beautiful. I love the shimmer hilight on their faces, and they are fully articulated!  They made me fall in love with collecting fashion dolls again. Beware, these dolls do come with extremely crunchy, stiff hair that is full of styling product. You really need to wash their hair after deboxing. But it isnt hard. Just wash in warm water in the sink with shampoo and condition with some conditioner, just like you would your hair. Afterwards their hair is amazing. Dont let a little washing dissuade you from purchasing, they are gorgeous!!

Beautiful Dolls!!

I saw that my granddaughter received the red Ruby and the green Jade dollS for Christmas. Our Christmas is happening late, so I went a bit crazy. My daughter said that they refrained from Violet because she was a little hoochy momma, but my granddaughter liked the jacket. I got her for this reason. My favorite is the yellow one. She is adorable! I also got her the one that comes with a wardrobe. I mean, if you are going to have them....spoil them! She is the joy of my life and the light of my heart! She is six. With her, I am truly loved. I'd give her the world!

Got my order today. I was thrilled to get it since it is a christmas gift for my youngest. I opened the box and I was not to thrilled with the display box that contains the doll looked. the plastic part that covers the doll has one heck of a slit/crack in it to where someone can easily slice their finger open and then the top of the box looks like it has been taped shut like it was already opened or something. Does not look like anything is missing, but not totally thrilled about how the display box looks. Yes I know that it will be ripped open anyway but it just did not seem like it was cared for like a package should be cared for when its being shipped.

happy but disappointed.

The doll was in good condition but my package from Walmart was open and so was part of the Dolls packaging I did get it shipped to my house and it arrived late but the dolls are good clothing runs a little bit small for the doll and I have read some of you saying that the doll's hair is hard and crusty. Just a thing they put in a doll's hair so it looks the way it looks so you just brush it out it will be soft

The doll and extra items were beautiful however one of the dolls eyes was disfigured and bigger than the other one. Its a flaw that cannot be missed and ruins an otherwise exceptional item. It was a birthday gift for a special needs child who was so disappointed!
