[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one of these before and unfortunately couldn't get it open. If you are male with big strong hands it probably would have been fine. I'm an older woman who doesn't have big strong hands. Hopefully when I need to change the filter I will be able to get this new one open.

Good, but….

The filter system removes the chlorine for healthier skin and hair. The nozzle is adjustable for spray or massage. Very easy to install after removal of previous shower head.  One possible concern is the overall length of the system in small shower enclosures but not for a bath tub.

Rainshow'r Filter System

I ordered what's pictured, "Filters."  They sent 'cartridges,' that's a completely different product.  We've used the shower-filter for years, and it's a great product.  However, we've now sent-back this wrong item, and we're now awaiting a refund.  We would give this a 5-star rating, unfortunately, they sent the wrong item, thus, the 2-star rating instead.
