[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is a must have. I'm in love with the look and feel of it. The rug is not stiff at all, it rolled out great and laid flat with no problem. It has very little shedding, nothing noticeable unless you're really looking for it. I highly recommend buying this beauty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ordered so many rugs from here and have never had a bad experience. Customer service has always been helpful. This rug in particular is very pretty. I use it as an entryway mat. I've had it for a few months now, and it looks great!

Very pretty

I love this rug! I bought it for my enclosed front porch! It is extrememly soft and squishy on your feet which is an added bonus that I didn't expect! It is the perfect size! I ordered and 8ft square rug. I also love the wool frinch on the sides as it gives is a little something extra! The best decision I have made on this room! It shipped quickly and I recieved it in a little over a week!

This rug is so much more beautiful in person, then the pic online. I purchased a 4x6
for my bathroom and a runner for my laundry room. It is pretty thick (sits high)  which is good, but for my laundry room I was not able to put it directly under the door. It sat just barely to high so when I opened the door it would get stuck on the rug.  No biggy, I have it a foot away from the door and it looks fabulous!  I will say I've had it for a two months and its holding up to a bunch of kids, pets and heavy foot traffic and looks brand spanking new.  Both my rugs arrived perfectly with no snags or damage. This rug is high quality, and rich in colors.  You won't be disappointed, it's Gorgeous!

Gorgeous and Excellent Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a spontaneous purchase that I later thought might not be right for the space, but it is a gorgeous rug!!!  So much prettier in person than the pictures. And it's softer than I thought it would be.   I probably wouldn't put it under the couch, but definitely in hallways and front of the doors.   I will be buying 2 more. :)

Love this rug!

The rug is cute. However, it has a very strong smell, that takes a few weeks to dissipate. Also, you can tell it will start to unravel if you move chairs or tables around on it. 
I give it 3 stars because it goes very well with my decor.

Jute Wool Fringe Rug

Sadly, the style of the rug didn't measure up to the lack of quality. Within 24 hours of laying out the rug, we got an actual splinter from a stick that was woven into the rug.  I pulled several sticks and a burr from the rug before I gave up.  Aside from the hard sticks women into the rug, there were ends that came in woven within a day.  
I wanted to live this rug, but the quality was awful.

Extremely dissatisfied.

No communication from Rugs that the item ordered is back-ordered for 6 weeks.  Paid in full in advance with no warning.  We would have chosen a different rug or used a different company had we known ahead of time.

Smells and dirt got everywhere!

This rug looked ok at first upon arrival, with a few imperfections in the braiding that within one week of use became frayed and worn. I'm in the process of contacting support and/or customer service. I am not satisfied with the quality of this rug. It is not meant for event a light to moderate traffic area in home
