I recently went into a cologne shop and after 20 minutes of testing each and every single scent on their shelves I finally found this, the Elixir. My previous daily cologne was Aqua Di Gio, and while I enjoyed the light subtlety of that one it just didn't last. I'm a fairly active guy and after about 2 hours the scent would just wear off. But this Elixir is so intense, just one spray is enough. I love the woodsy smell it gives off. Overall 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone. But of course I think anyone should go into a shop and test any cologne before purchasing cause this stuff ain't cheap.

Love for more than two

The most important part is my wife loves it and so do I! My wife shows me more attention than usual when I'm wearing it. Hopefully I don't wear it too often…

I will say this is a strong cologne and you really only need 1 spritz for it to last a long time. I find the scent crisp and more of a unisex scent. I would buy a full sized bottle in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this multiple times over a 2 week period letting it mature and come around, I generally don't go for Ralph Lauren but I actually REALLY enjoyed this one.  I pickup a lot of lavender with this one, a bit of a citrusy top with a bolder base of leather.    I had quite a few compliments, surprisingly from a few younger people and I would consider this to be a more mature type of scent that I wouldn't generally wear.  Feels a touch like DOI to me, but it's good in a prestigious kind of way!

Very Nice Woodsy Scent

First of all, every time I wear this scent, women give me compliments. The most important compliment is from my wife. Patchouli and Lavender happen to be her two top favorite scents. The scent is not too powerful but definitely lasts all day. It's not really an issue but beware when picking up the bottle. If you happen to grab it from the cap, the bottle swings open, and the heaviness of the glass bottle pulls it quickly downward and if you drop it, it could shatter. I enjoy the scent very much, it's a win win for me.

I read the notes and expected something different, more masculine and that's not what this smells like. It's too sweet and a little overwhelming. My husband put it on and changed his shirt after because he disliked so much.
