2010 Silverado 1500 LT 5.3L - Works perfectly, always running 8 cylinders now %26 any previous odd transmission shifting that has existed since I bought the truck have smoothed out %26 performs as you would expect. Amazing difference in how well the vehicle performs without the lag of always switching between 4 %26 8 cylinders. I haven't noticed any change in gas mileage.

I had tried a much cheaper $50 AFM disabler first from another manufacturer that immediately threw engine %26 stabilizer system error lights, idle became rough %26 the transmission would shift hard when changing gears half the time. I had to remove the cheaper AFM disabler %26 reset the ECM %26 TCM by disconnecting the battery to get my truck to run normally again.

I highly recommend the Range RA003B AFM disabler.

I contacted seller with a question and received no response.

No response from seller

Kind of misleading and I'm not sure if it has or had a short but it went out for a good 30 seconds or so. Can't really say if it's working or not because the drive doesn't feel any different. I've purchased cheaper devices years ago that had terrific performance and ease of installation instructions. With this device my truck hasn't shown much of a difference, not even with gas mileage. Maybe my specific device is defective but til otherwise I'll stick to the much cheaper brand to bad I can't return it. We'll see!!
