This PVC pipe cutter dues what it is zupposed to do but it is not as good as other cutters that I have had.

PVC Pipe Cutter

A little difficult to work with. Cuts fine but doesn't ratchet without prying with a screwdriver.

Bought this to replace an old Kobalt pipe cutter whose blade had bit the dust.  This one looks similar, but is WAY different.  First off, you cannot get the thing to ratchet while cutting, which makes it harder to cut.  Also, the geometry of the holes in the blade also make the cut MUCH harder (than the Kobalt).  It is very cheaply made, and I would advise avoiding this cutter like the plague.  If I hadn't already taken it out of the package and used it, I would try to return it!
