Simple to learn and play in various settings.

Suitable for family gatherings and social events.

Can be clear and concise, but also overwhelming at times.

I was gifted this item by Ravensburger to obtain an honest review. For 15 bucks you get a game box with an arena and small mat inside (the game board) and 26 dice. The dice have the numbers 2-6 and an X on them. The game is for 2-5 players. All players get the same amount of dice. The object is to stay alive and keep at least 1 die while all other players lose theirs. On your turn, you have to toss at least one die into the arena, but you can toss as many as you want. You can attempt to change a die in the arena by hitting it, but be careful because if a die flies out of the arena, it's out of the game. If any die lands on an X, it's out of the game. Once you toss a die or multiple dice into the arena, you get to keep any matching pairs (or triples, etc) and put them in your pile. You can stop throwing after you've thrown once. If there are no dice in the arena at the start of your turn (apart from starting the game), you have to go "all in" and toss all your dice into the arena. This adds some thrilling moments as you might be out if you can't get at least one pair. This game is fun, fast-paced, and strategic! We played multiple rounds in a short amount of time. Everyone loved the thrill and pace of this game! Even a player who doesn't like knock-out games loved this one! He said that if you get knocked out, it's still exciting to watch, and a new game will start within a couple of minutes. We decided this was a game that you could bring almost anywhere because the box is small enough. You could play while you're waiting for a table at a restaurant, at a doctor's office, on a lunch break, or as a palate-cleanser at a game night after playing a long or intense game. Everyone has a chance to win at this game. We think the more players you have up to 5 is more fun. The replayability of this game is extremely high as no two games will be the same. This is definitely one to get if you like fast-paced, competitive, simple, and quick dice games!

This dice game is a STRIKE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ravensburger gifted this game to me for my honest review. I played first with my grandson (he's 5). We had a great time playing. It was easy to learn and quickly played. Later I played with my 3 grandkids and my husband. Everyone had fun! The grandkids liked it so much their mother had to buy their own!

Easy to learn and quick to play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has so much fun playing Strike. Easy to learn how to play, just passs out the dice depending on the number of players, match pairs, X you remive from play, player with the last dice wins. Rounds are quick and exciting. Def a keeper to have for game time with family and friends.

Fun family time

We had a lot of fun playing Strike! The rules were easy to learn and we were able to start playing pretty quickly. I love that the rounds are short but still exciting, especially when you're trying to get matching dice without rolling an X. It's a simple game but definitely brought out our competitive sides! I also like that it works with just two players, so my husband and I can play it together, but we can also bring it out for family game night. Since the rounds can be pretty short, the game got addicting wanting to play “just one more round”! Definitely one we'll play again!

Ravensburger gifted me this game to try in exchange for my honest review.

Fun and easy game for game night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun game! It is a game even my young kiddos (5 and 3) could play! Great easy to learn and entertaining game!

So much fun! Easy to learn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game was so easy to figure out and so fun!! My kids and I had a blast playing it over and over. I loved how quickly the game goes too, because it kept the kids from feeling like they could not succeed. Each round took less than 5 minutes! I 100% recommend this game for families and for younger kids with friends! (My oldest is 13 and likes more strategy games, but even she had fun with this!)

Fast but so fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fast paced dice game that is both fun and easy to play. It's perfect for a family game night. The bottom of the box with the plastic mold and mat acts as the "arena" where the dice are rolled. The objective is to make dice matches and then you get to collect those dice as you play. Roll an X and that die is automatically out of play. Whoever ends up with no dice left first loses the game. You can either throw the dice into the arena trying to strike and turn other dice or simply roll them and see where they land. This game is easy to set up and super fun to play with either a couple of people or a handful of ones. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a dice game that is both unique and enjoyable to play!

Fun and Easy to Play!

This game is perfect for the family. We play it pretty fast paced, but you can slow it down. Every round is unpredictable. Will the dice bounce out? Will you get a match or will you be the first one out? Well-made, lots of fun and it doesn't take hours to play.

Family fun

i was gifted Str!ke by Ravensburger and am so happy and grateful! my 7 year old and i played this and had an absolute blast trying to knock each others dice out of the arena. it is very easy to pick up on and although it says ages 8 and up, i think younger kids would have an easy time playing this as well. it would also make a great party game. the only reason why i am giving it 4 stars is because the arena is a very cheap plastic and while it does the job, for the price point i would expect a better material.

fun and exciting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this from Ravensburger to play for my honest review. the game costs about 15 dollars. It came with a flimsy plastic arena and a foam mat and dice. It was a disappointment for me as it looked very cheaply made and something made for an off brand version of the game. It's not a hard game to play. it's over very quickly. I would have liked more to it like a dice cup. The more players, the better the game.

It's not worth the money

Ravensburger Strike Dice Game front-facing view of the set: circular plastic dice arena on the included foam arena mat with 26 small dice scattered showing pip faces and X symbols, box and instruction booklet at rear; shows dice-tossing, push-your-luck match-and-collect gameplay and is often used as a quick party dexterity filler.
