My son loves the fit and side ventilation on this helmet ensuring his head doesn't get overheated or sweaty. I feel comfortable (so does he) wearing this while batting as it's very durable and passes many safety tests.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fit both my 4 year olds and my 8 year olds head pretty well. I love the blue color, and so did my 8 year old. It has a good amount of padding to absorb the impact. I tossed a baseball at my son purposefully for him to get it to hit him in the head with the helmet on, and it didn't affect him at all. Granted I wasnt throwing it hard right at his head or anything, just tossing it up enough to come down and hit the helmet. Seems well made and like it will last awhile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect helmet for our 6 year old to plays T-ball.  Very solid and protects the head like a champ!   Has enough ventilation so the child's head doesn't over heat and is comfortable enough to wear for an extended amount of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fit. It fits 2 different aged children, a mom and a dad! It sturdy on all of us. It's very well made, durable and seems like it would def protect from baseballs or softballs. The ventilation on it is great, there are slits on the top to allow air flow where it matters.

My little boy was super excited to open up this package, he loves getting into all youth sports at the moment and it's not to have something new, especially something personal like a helmet. He loves the color! The quality is top notch, excellent ventilation seats, and super thick and soft interior padding, perfectly surrounding ear holes. My son only 6 years old so it's a bit big on him now but will be perfect for batting practice and future games! 

Always feels good as a parent to go with a reputable brand like Rawlings when it comes to your child's safety!

The helmet has a comfortable fit, good protection, and Coolflo ventilation system. The Coolflo technology with its multiple air vents keeps the player's head cool.

The interior dual-density foam and padding is not removable, which can make thorough cleaning difficult, but is considered a reliable and good-quality choice for youth.
