[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 12 year old grandson 150lbs 5'5" loved this mitt. Was able to use right away-didn't need a lot of breaking in. Pitcher and outfielder and felt it works great for both positions. Lots of cushion where its needed and can get the ball out quickly
