The product was very easy to assemble, the quality was awesome looks and handled like a real dirt bike for my grandsons

easy to put together. My son is 6 and loves it

My 3 1/2 year old grandson loves this bike and can ride it like a champ. The only problem is the power port cover came off at some point. Now the port feels really loose. I've been covering it with aluminum tape when he's riding it. If I could replace the port cover, I would come back and give this bike 5 stars!! If this part is available please let me know how to get it!

My son loves this bike! It is very similar in speed to a 48volt electric golf cart. No loud noise! No fooling with carburetor trouble! Note that this bike has zero suspension so don't expect to ride like a true dirt bike.

the battery could be better 40 min ride tine is a little outdated with advances in technology

Good while it lasted. 4 months of use and now the battery dies out 1/4 of what it originally could handle. Infuriating to have to push the bike back from where we came from. Very convenient past their 90 day warranty.  
Should stick to the old reliable dirt bikes.

Lasted 4 months

Worked great when it worked. Followed instructions to a T… Didn’t even last a month before it stopped working. Charges but won’t move. Waste of money.

We bought our son a Razor MX350 for Christmas and the chain plat broke within a week. We purchased a replacement chain plate and that broke within a minute of riding. 

How do we get this remedied when even the replacement parts continue to break? 

I don’t know if I have warranty as I purchased from Walmart, but this is absolutely ridiculous for this to break when it’s just a 7 year old riding circles around the house.

Do Not Waste Your Money!

This thing is pathetically slow, even on high. Once its in the grass its even worse.  My son is 5yrs old and around 50lbs, and it was terrible. The age and weight recommendations are crazy wrong. I do not recommend this at all. Do your research, spend a bit more for a better quality and more accurate fit. I think Razor really fumbled this one.

Dont waste your time and Money!

Everything was nice, until the 3rd day of use. Son came in very sad, "Dad, my bike don't work anymore" he said. Wow, very disappointing, followed all the directions on the STOP red paperwork and all.
