Battery life falls short of estimates and may die quickly.

Lacks smooth power delivery, leading to jerky starts.

I bought 2 of these for my 5 1/2 year old twin grandsons when they came to visit us this summer (I know it said for 8+ years old, I'm THAT grandpa). I held on to their shirt and ran along while they got the hang of it. One wanted me to let go of his shirt after 10 minutes and was riding around all week. One twin was still afraid to have me let go of his shirt and gave up after 10 minutes. He will try again next summer. The scooters seem solid and should last a few years.

Razor USA

This scooter has a lot of power and takes some getting used to.  Within a few minutes you will be having a blast!! My 8 year old son and I raced for about an hour last night and he woke up this morning wanting to do it again.

GOT THIS FOR MY 8 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER, I WOULD SAY ITS MORE FOR 9-10 YEARS OLD, SHE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND ITS TOO FAST FOR HER. OTHERWISE VERY NICE LOOKING SCOOTER.

TOO FAST

This has been a great purchase. We've had this for 2 years now and it's still going strong. It gets light use around our little neighborhood among my 2 kiddos. The battery is still holding strong and it works great! No complaints.

Fun little Scooter

My kids love this item but it really is a piece of junk. They got them for Christmas and my daughter's stopped working within a month. She had only used it a handful of times. Go to take it back to Walmart and they say they only accept returns for these within 90 days. We were still within the 90 days but thought it was ridiculous considering Walmart takes anything back, even dirty underwear. This is a badly made product and a lot of people are going to be out money because I doubt most of these will last longer than a year. My son's works but is making weird grinding noises. Will probably return it for a new one before the 90 days so we're not stuck with one that is going to stop working soon. Very sad because the kids really do have a lot of fun on them.

Don't Waste Your Money

I bought this for my 9 yr old, she loved it and it worked great until 3 weeks later... the rear wheel where the motor hub is did not operate and the wheel is stuck. .. fortunately its still under warranty and I will just take it back to Walmart to exchange for another one. 
If there is again an issue with the new one, I will definitely know this product is not something I would buy again or recommend....

It worked for 3 weeks

I purchased the scooter for my daughter for Christmas and I put it on the  charger for 12hours. My daughter goes to rude the scooter she comes back in 10 minutes later the scooter need to be charged up again. This product does not hold a charge so I returned it 3 days after Christmas and now she scooterless.  Smh!

Razor power scooter

Got it for my daughter for Christmas had it what I thought was charging the day before so she could ride it Christmas Day and did even work come to find out it wasn't even taking a charge. Had to return it and when in line funny thing there were two other people in line returning it for the same reason. Ended up buying the electric 200 and the scooter is AWESOME!!! This one actually has a rubber back tire which the core 100 had a hard plastic w rubber on the outside. Much better quality w the 200 and worth the money!!!

Having ridden multiple versions of the Razor scooters I'd highly recommend going with the standard E 100 or 200 model.  The E 100 power core, is incredibly finicky with the throttle,  and while all of those models are in all on or all off protocol, Z100 power core is especially herky-jerky. Also the one we received, and it may Simply Be a bad one in a box, had a non-functioning front brake which we were unable to properly adjust. We're now in direct contact with razor and hoping for an appropriate response.

Don't bother with the power core models!

power does not modulate.......it is all or nothing.  almost throws you off scooter when battery power engages.  hand brake is mostly for show...provides only marginal braking.  only 90 warranty!!!!  battery died after less than 6 months with only limited use!!!  never came close to achieving battery time and range estimates.  total waste of $150.  Razor should be ashamed for bringing such an inferior product to market.

Poor product.  Buyer beware.
