i havent ever tried this dish homemade (although i bought every ingredient ready to try to make it myself i havent yet) but i absolutely love this i was disappointed to see it wasnt available at the walmart i shop at and i bought the gits brand which ended up tasting like the plastic bag it came in even after i emptied it into a bowl to microwave it ashoka brand 100% and now i have to go order a bunch hefor ei cant find it anywhere ever again

if you are craving indian food this gives you closer taste to authentic indian food. It is very easy to make yet good in taste and the best part is the storage; you don't need to refrigerate it.

easy, reliable and good

I bought this Dal Makhani package today, first time ever.  Ingredients list excellent.  I had it solo with 3% plain yogurt and, of you enjoy Curry/ spicy food and legumes, this dish is delicious 😋 
It could easily make a meal for two served with your rice of choice and a vegetable choice.  I love spicy foods with plain yogurt ☺️😌

The meal went down good. All ready to eat meals  producers have to find solutions to their plastic pouches. Best to heat it in a pot.

Fills you up with rotis.

Horrible oil taste. I extremely hate the taste of those oils and preservatives used. It overwhelmed the taste of the curry itself, and makes me want to puke
