Excellent quality, beautiful "real" flames and lighted timber logs, heat function is incredible, nice to stand it font of and feel heat warming your feet, easy installation, delivery was quick and easy - all in one box.  Best feature is that it is movable - any room - yet it looks permanently fixed to the wall.  Not the "fake" fireplace look at all.

We didn't use the plastic pipe as we had an actual stove pipe from our previous would stove. You can tell it's electric but it fits the space perfectly and because we can't vent it fits our need!
