This electric fireplace fits perfectly in my space.  Just as described, looks like it has always been a fixture in my home.  I like the fact that is not a deep as some fireplaces out there.  Putting it together took a couple hours, every piece was a precision fit.  Only negative was the remote and firebox instructions were not in the box.  Called customer service and spoke with nice girl who quickly emailed the instructions and had the remote mailed out.

This item is modest in appearance and has a slim profile making it look built in. The item was packaged very well. It was also very easy to assemble. The price was very reasonable ($100 less than for the same item found on Amazon) with free shipping. I highly recommend this item.

Mantle went together very easily. Very sturdy. Looks great. The flame design is really impressive. We heard a little repetitive noise that turned out to be spindle rubbing against the rubber grommet. I took the back off of the unit and sprayed in some WD40 and graphic powder on the grommet. Now the unit is VERY quiet.

It's a perfect fit for where I needed it.  Wish it had a Multi-Color option for flames and such.  The room it's in has high ceilings.  Wish the heating element was more powerful in scope and fan strength.

Good option for an electric fireplace. Fairly straightforward setup. You wont mistake the fire / flames for a real fireplace but it is a good option for electric. I wish it had the crackling sound effect.

I love my new Electric Fireplace. It is very stylish, sturdy, very easy to put all together and the size is perfect because it doesn't  take too much room.

Amazing Electric Fireplace!

I love the way it looks. Not to fond of the aluminating logs, looks a little fake, (flame looks pretty good)but can't complain for the price. Heater feels good, but haven't used it long enough to say it heats up the whole room. The heater when turn, you can hear the motor running, but only noticed when room is quite. Look just like in the picture.

i dislike the fact that i spent so much for this fireplace and it arrived to me with cracked wood and white paint stains. didnt return it because it would be a hassle to take it apart and ship it back out.
