This fireplace is lovely. No damage, husband put together very easily with no complaints. This exact fireplace was out of stock on various sites. I signed up for in stock alerts everywhere. Walmart was the first to notify me and it shipped much faster than promised.  I have a large open concept living area and was afraid it would look too small for the space. It did not disappoint! Very pleased with price, size and quality.

The fireplace itself (pictured) is high quality and simple to use. This is a perfect addition for an extra room. No quality issues and safe to use as an electric fireplace or detailed room heater.

Good quality electric fireplace

Bought this for our living room which is narrow and long. We were looking for something sleek and not chunky, hence decided to go with electric rather than gas. Love this fireplace, receive compliments about it constantly. The fire appears quite real and there are several settings. You can also leave it on just for the " view" without the fan.

Beautiful, slim fireplace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This full fire place is a beautiful white with what looks like a maple veneer. It's about 4ft big so not so small. The fire place came in lots of different parts so assembly did take a while because most of the parts are rectangles. The actual fire heater is absolutely beautiful and functional. The flame turns colors, and the heater functions well. It has a touch feature to turn on and off. The fireplace seems safe enough and sturdy. However it is not fully solid wood,  so as long as it's well taken care of it may last a long time. Beautiful overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS FIREPLACE !  Ive always wanted a bedroom with a fireplace and this piece fits in perfectly with our house and style decor.  It took a bit to assemble but I will say its made with super durable peices of wood , not flimsy particle board stuff. Once the frame and mantle are built the insert is bolted on and it was good to go ! It has several different flame color options which I had no idea it did , so cool ! Can use just run it as a flame without utilizing the heater portion which is ideal for nights i want just a cozy fire. The heater portion works great and it not loud what so ever.   I cannot  rave about this unit enough,  i am in love with it and how attractive ,realistic it looks ! There's an option as well to backlight the bricks behind the " fire "   thus adding to even more realistic ambience. The remote is ideal so I can lay in bed and turn it on /off or adjust settings.    I would recommend this to anyone! Well worth it.

Two small complaints: it doesn't sit flush against the wall, and there's no wall anchor so I wouldn't have it in a house with children without adding one.
Photos show it off, on without the light, on with the room lights off, and on with the light.

Gorgeous addition to our den!

This does not heat up to 1,000 sq ft like it says.  It won't even heat up my living room.  I'm very disappointed.
