I like that it came with both knitting needles,  a crochet hook, a tote bag, 34 stitch pins, a tape measure, and a knot counter.  I do not like that the ball of yarn are so small I don't feel like I got my money's worth.

I purchase these packs for teaching an after school program. It's affordable and a good starter yarn for young students and also gives students their own skein to start with rather than me buying a larger skein and needing to divide it into balls myself.

The bag is super thin. Please make sure you cap your knitting needles. This kit is to re-teach myself knitting from learning 52 years ago by a friends' grandmother who I was a bit afraid of but I tried. I took to crocheting and re-learned over the past 10 years. I made some beautiful blankets. I am trying to make one for every “child” many of whom have grown up—nieces, nephews; great nieces and great nephews; daughters' boyfriends one of whom is a staff sergeant in the Army—thankfully my girls' very, very special gifts are here! So pretty unhappy with this but I will try to re-learn to knit and perl.
